The problems with society

Nowadays, in the papers , there is a debate on whether the indonesian maids can get a day off a week. Well, this should not be a hot topic if not for the few rascal employers who have "spoilt the market".



You see, these people just could not tolerate their maids as they assume they are always smarter with higher education & their PHDs etc. Actually, this is the old common problem with all egoistic human beings. If you are a doctor or lawyer & is in a hot discussion on politics with a vegetable vendor, you would think that you know more than him. Even, if he talks to you about the goodness of certain vegetables, you would still think you know more than him.



WHY IS THIS SO ? Yes, the richer & more powerful the person becomes, the smarter he/she thinks he/she is. THEY DON'T LISTEN & TOLERATE ANYMORE.



I used to have a former boss who did not study accounting at all but gave a lecture to 10 qualified accountants on how an accountant should do his job.



So, it is also a matter of the ones higher up in the society ladder that "bullies" the ones below.



SO, DO THE MAIDS EVEN STAND A CHANCE WITH THESE BOSSES WHO THINK THEY ARE RIGHT IN EVERYTHING ???!! Think about it.
